Faculty Access to Student Information in the Academic Portal

​​1. Go to the Employee Intranet: https://tcsedsystem.sharepoint.com/sites/khsc 
​​2. Click on KansasCOM Community WebpagesClick on KansasCOM Community Site.png
​​3. On the KansasCOM Community Site, click on Academic Portal.On KansasCOM Comm site click on Academic Portal.png
​​4. Click on Student I Advise

Once you click on Students I Advise, a list of the students you are assigned to as a Faculty Mentor should populate automatically.  If it does not, click the Search button.

NOTE:
If you are NOT seeing a list, make sure the Status Filer is set to Active.  It should be set to Active automatically.  Active status would be for any student who is engaged in the MSPE process.  For students NOT yet in the MSPE process, you may need to change the filer to Academic and FA Probation to find a student if your student is a repeater.
